Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 19, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Peptico LLC, a Florida limited liability company, doing business as Peptico ("we," "us"), handles personal information in connection with peptico.com, research accounts, orders, invoices and support communications.

Information we collect

Information you provide includes your name, email, telephone number, billing and shipping details, order information and support messages. If you create a research account, we also collect the researcher category and acknowledgements you submit. If we request additional eligibility information, we collect what you provide for that review. Please do not send medical records or personal treatment information.

We receive transaction status and limited payment information, such as card brand and last four digits, from payment providers. Full card details are submitted through the provider's payment interface rather than directly to Peptico.

Our website and service providers collect technical information such as IP address, browser and device information, referring pages and interactions with our website. Analytics and advertising tools, where enabled, may also collect identifiers and information about pages viewed, clicks and conversions, subject to available privacy choices and applicable law.

How we use information

We use information to manage accounts, review eligibility when necessary, prepare invoices, process and fulfill orders, provide tracking, handle returns, replacements and refunds, respond to support requests, prevent fraud and maintain business records. We also use website analytics to understand usage and advertising measurement tools to assess campaign performance.

We send marketing emails when you subscribe or otherwise where permitted by law. You can unsubscribe using the link in a marketing email. Necessary order, account and service communications may continue.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

We use cookies and browser storage for age acknowledgement, account functionality, cart contents, privacy preferences. Our current site uses tb_age_ok and tb_analytics cookies with a duration of up to 12 months, and local browser storage for the cart. Signed-in visitors also receive a sign-in session cookie. To understand which visits lead to orders, we keep a record of the pages visited before an order in local browser storage for up to 30 days; the "Do not track my visit" control stops it.

Depending on our configuration, our measurement tools may include Google Analytics 4, the Google Ads tag, the ChatGPT Ads pixel and Microsoft Clarity. Depending on your choices and our configuration, these tools collect information about site usage and ad-related activity. Microsoft Clarity includes heatmaps and session replay. These tools may place their own cookies and receive device, interaction and identifier information.

Nonessential measurement tools, where enabled, are on by default where permitted by applicable law. You can use the "Do not track my visit" control in the site footer to manage the site's available measurement choices. You can also block cookies through your browser, although this may affect site functions. Changing a preference does not remove information already received by a provider. Do not enter sensitive information in fields that do not request it.

For information about provider processing, see Google's partner-sites page, the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, the Microsoft Privacy Statement and the OpenAI Privacy Policy. These provider resources supplement the choices available on this site.

Who receives information

We provide information as needed to payment providers, shipping carriers, hosting and account-service providers, email/CRM providers and vendors supporting fraud prevention or eligibility review. Analytics and advertising providers receive the information described above for measurement and related services. Some providers may use information for their own purposes, including product improvement and advertising, as described in their privacy notices and subject to applicable choices and law.

We may disclose information when required by law, to respond to lawful requests, protect rights and safety, investigate fraud, or in connection with a merger or transfer of the business, subject to applicable safeguards and notice obligations.

We do not sell personal information for money. Some disclosures involving advertising or analytics may constitute a "sale," "sharing" or targeted advertising under applicable state privacy laws. Where those laws apply, you may request the relevant opt-out through our privacy contact and use the available site controls.

Age acknowledgement and retention

Our age-confirmation process records a randomly generated browser identifier and confirmation timestamp. It is distinct from the information attached to a research account or order. The current age-confirmation record is retained for up to 12 months.

We retain other information as needed to operate accounts, fulfill orders, administer the 30-day return window, handle questions and claims, prevent fraud, and satisfy legal, tax, accounting and recordkeeping obligations. Retention depends on the purpose, any applicable requirements and unresolved disputes. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer needed, subject to those obligations.

Your choices and requests

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails, change available tracking preferences and ask to access, correct or delete personal information by emailing support@peptico.com. Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights to receive a copy of information, opt out of specified uses or appeal a decision about a privacy request.

We do not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights. To appeal a privacy-request decision where that right applies, email support@peptico.com with the subject Privacy Appeal. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. An authorized agent may contact us where permitted by law. We will respond within applicable legal timeframes and explain any permitted limitation. Some information must be retained to fulfill an order, resolve a dispute or comply with law.

Security and age restrictions

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including encrypted website connections and access controls. No system can guarantee complete security. Third-party payment interfaces are used to limit our access to card data.

The site and research purchases are intended for people aged 21 or older. If you believe someone under 21 has submitted personal information, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action, including deletion where required.

Policy changes and contact

We will post an updated effective date when this policy changes and provide additional notice or obtain consent where required. Questions or privacy requests may be directed to the contact below.
