What types of items does the catalog list?
The Peptico catalog includes research peptides, bacteriostatic water, and laboratory equipment. Each listing identifies its form and available sizes.
Are these products intended for personal use?
No. Peptico products are restricted to qualified laboratory research. They must not be used in or on humans or animals. We do not provide dosing, preparation, or administration instructions.
Where should I check storage requirements?
Refer to the supplied product label and your laboratory procedures. Contact us before ordering if you need storage or stability information that is absent from a listing.
How do I request additional product information?
Email support@peptico.com with the item name, size, and the specification or document you need. Ask before purchasing if that information is required for your laboratory.
Ordering & Payment
Which cards can I use?
Place your order at checkout and you will receive an invoice by email. Once it is paid, your order is shipped.
When is a researcher account required?
Not to check out. Research compound pages require a free researcher account and confirmation of the research-use requirements. Laboratory water and supplies can be browsed without a research account. Purchasers must be 21 or older.
How do I sign in to my account?
Enter the email on your account and we send you a one-time sign-in link. There is no password to remember. The link works once and signs in the device you open it on.
How do quantity savings and codes work?
Available quantity tiers appear on the product page and apply to that item. If you have an eligible promotional code, enter it at checkout and check the updated order total. The free-shipping threshold is checked before the promotional code discount.
Who processes the card payment?
Peptico uses a payment provider to collect card information and process the transaction. Full card numbers are not stored by the Peptico store.
Shipping & Returns
Which destinations are supported?
Peptico currently accepts delivery addresses within the United States. International delivery is unavailable.
Where can I compare shipping services?
Choose from UPS: Ground ($9.99 flat), 2nd Day Air, or Next Day Air. Standard delivery is free at a subtotal of $150 or more, measured before a promotional code is deducted. Review the selected service and cost at checkout.
How will I know when my order ships?
A shipment email provides tracking details when shipping is recorded. Contact support with your order number if you need a status update.
Can an unopened purchase be returned?
Our return window is 30 days from delivery. Check the Returns page for item eligibility, exceptions, and return shipping responsibilities before contacting support.
What details help with a delivery problem?
Send your order number and a description of the issue to support@peptico.com. For damage, include photographs of the packaging and affected items so we can review the shipment.
